What is the minimum/maximum I can order?

We do not have a maximum or minimum on how much you can order. If your order is over £200 shipping is free! On orders under £200 the shipping charge is £7, if you want the order shipped outside the UK, there will be an additional shipping charge of £7. All shipments are sent fully insured. If you wish to order a large number (over 20 pcs.) of the same product, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

How are the Goods delivered?

To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll receive a e-mail when the order is shipped. The email also contains the FedEx Tracking number so you can track the shipment online, and see the expected delivery date. If you will not be at the delivery address to sign for your order, RoyalDesign.co.uk can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination.

How long is the delivery time?

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your order. If your item is out of stock, please check the product site where the lead time is always stated. Depending on the postal service, location and amount of orders, our delivery times vary between 1-4 business days. We use the shipping company FedEx.

How much is the shipping fee?

If your order is over £200, freight is free! Otherwise, there is a shipping charge of £7. All shipments are sent fully insured. For deliveries outside the UK there is an additional shipping charge of £7.

Can I return/exchange an item?

YYes. We offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all items. You can return any RoyalDesign.com order within 14 days after you have received your products for a full refund or exchange. Please return the item in its original condition. The customer will pay the return shipping cost. Return and Exchanges).

How do I exchange an item?

We offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all items. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Always include a note that explains why you are returning the item and specify if you want a replacement or refund. You will however have to pay for the return freight yourself. Please contact us if you want to return an order to fasten our return procedure.

What if i am not satisfied with a product?

If you aren't satisfied with the product or if it's broken in delivery, please contact us, and we will send you a replacement.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order without any difficulty if the order has not yet been dispatched. If we have already sent your order, you can of course return it, but you will then have to pay for the return postage.

What happens if I refuse to accept my order?

If you are unable to accept or if you refuse to accept your goods, it will automatically be returned to us and you will be charged for the postage.

Do you have all products in stock?

Most items listed are in stock (marked with IN STOCK normally ships within 24h). If a product is missing, we order it and it will be back in stock within a few days. If an item is out of stock, the approximate lead time is stated on each product site.

Can I get engravings or decorative sandblasting on my product?

Yes, in larger quantities, we can arrange this, or if the product costs more than £500.
