Terms and Conditions
If your order is over £300, freight is free! Otherwise, there is a shipping charge of £9. All shipments are sent fully
insured. To send foreign orders, there is a shipping charge of £29.
All items are shipped from Sweden, therefore custom fees and taxes may apply to packages shipped outside of the European Union.
All customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
The prices listed on the website do not include VAT for orders shipped outside of the EU.
All product remain in the Royal Design Group's ownership until full payment has been received by the company.
All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Royal Design Group reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
Royal Design Group AB reserves the right for any typographical errors on this site. Nor can we 100% guarantee that all pictures
accurately reflect the products appearance.
We accept online credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. All orders at RoyalDesign.co.uk are made on a secure SSL Server to ensure safe shopping.
We also accept PayPal. The money is charged once the order has been placed and an order confirmation has been e-mailed to you.
You can always feel secure in acting with card issued by VISA, MasterCard or American Express at RoyalDesign.co.uk We work with
DIBS Payment Services, which is Scandinavia's leading provider of payment services via the Internet and certified according to the
card industry's new stronger security PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). When you pay by card you are sent forward
to a secure page with SSL certificate, where you can safely enter your card details and implementation of the payment. Once the payment
has been approved, you are sent back to RoyalDesign.co.uk where you get a confirmation that your purchase is completed.

Paypal is used when you don't want to give out the information for your credit card. You sign up for a free account and transfer
money out of your checking account into the PayPal account (usually takes around two days to register) and use PayPal to pay.
Just go to paypal.com to sign up.
Our ambition is to send your order as quickly as possible, normally within 3-5 business days. If we don't have the items you ordered in stock, we will order them from the supplier. Approximate lead time to our warehouse is stated on each product site.
Generally we do not arrange partial deliveries and the order will be shipped when all items are in stock. Depending on the postal service, location and amount of orders, the delivery time vary between 3-5 business days. We use the shipping companies FedEx or DHL.
Items not delivered
We charge £15 if you are unavailable to receive your delivery or if you refuse to accept your parcel. If you change your mind when the parcel already on it's way, you have to receive the parcel and return it to us, otherwise it will be registered as not received and charged automatically. If you return the goods to us you assume the risk of transportation.
All parcels leaving us are insured. If the parcel and/or the content is damaged when you receive it, report it immediately on the spot. If you have opened the parcel and discover damage, please contact us at Customer Service and we will assist you.
Due to logistic reasons, larger items such as furniture can not be sent with FedEx. In this case, we will ship your order with DHL shipping services.
For all DHL deliveries, the approximate shipping time to the UK is 5-7 business days. You will be notified if your order requires DHL shipping and our customer service team will inform you of the terms and conditions.
(Please be aware, DHL can not deliver items directly into your home. Instead they will deliver your items to the property address at street level and it is your responsibility to move/arrange your items in your home, as appropriate.)
Right of withdrawal
You have full right to return your order within 14 days from when you have received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and it is returned
undamaged and in original packaging. Please always contact us if you want to return an order to fasten the return procedure. Some exceptions to the right of withdrawal
may occur if the product is specially manufactured or otherwise tailored to you. Read more at Return and Exchanges.
All the pages where you as a customer leaves personal details when purchasing, are so-called secure pages (encrypted transmission).
RoyalDesign.co.uk uses certificates issued by Equifax Secure Certificate Authority. The certificate guarantees that it is the Royal Design
Group AB's website (RoyalDesign.co.uk) you as a visitor communicates with and that the transmission is encrypted. Most Web browsers such as
Internet Explorer and Firefox, using symbols to show if you are on a secure or insecure website. These symbols appear in either the right or
left corner at the bottom of your browser window.
Another way to ensure that the website you're visiting is in the address. Usually it begins with http:// URLs, but if you are on a secure
page, it begins with https://, where 's' stands for secure.
We work with DIBS Payment Services for the redemption of card payments. DIBS Payment Services is the North's leading independent
provider of payment solutions for commerce on the Internet. Transfer of card data is encrypted. NOTE! RoyalDesign.co.uk does not store any
credit card numbers, this is all handled by DIBS.
By law, we must ask you to agree that we treat information about you. All information provided to us or what we may be part of when
visiting our site will be processed by Royal Design Group AB as a data controller.
The information will be used for the purpose to fulfil our obligations to you, when purchasing, alert you on offer in your personal areas
of interest and also for marketing purposes. Royal Design Group AB will however never allow a third party to use your personal data for
marketing purposes unless you accept this.
You have the right to request access to the personal information about you. If they are inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant you have the
right to request that the information will be corrected or deleted.
The contract's content will be stored. You may store the terms and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order's data is not available
RoyalDesign.co.uk is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under this Agreement if the failure is due to
releasing factors as described below and the fact prevent, hinder or delay the fulfilment. As liberating circumstance shall be deemed to
include authority's action or omission, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accident of larger
scale, or other type of natural disaster. The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market and products
negatively, eg. restrictions in the indication, warnings, ban on sale, etc., an abnormal decline in the market and if the company is
exposed to criminal activity that affect the business.
