Ugly bowl with lots of grey/black marks. Complained and was told that this was to be expected on such a bowl, I'm surprised considering that it says it's WHITE in the description! And when I get such an expensive item, I expect more!
Want to return it but was told that they had to contact the supplier of the bowl first, this is nonsense as I, as a customer, have bought from Royal Design and not their supplier.
