Our carriers are currently experiencing shipping delays (of up to 2-3 weeks) due to the large volume of goods being processed through the UK import sorting terminals. Orders shipped with FedEx Priority are less likely to experience long delays, but may experience some delays as well.
We're continuously working on improving and broadening our delivery options to make shopping with us more convenient. Normally your order will be shipped once all items are available in stock. However, due to logistic issues your order may be sent in two or more shipments. This will be highlighted in the tracking information that you will receive with your tracking email. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipments on the shipping carriers website.
Prices on RoyalDesign are displayed including VAT, and RoyalDesign will pay any and all import tarriffs which may arise. Tariff invoices will be sent to and paid by us, so no additional steps are required by you when shopping with us.
1) Order confirmation
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information on your purchase, as well as the current stock status for all items.
2) Delivery update
If your delivery were to be delayed we will notify you by E-mail with a new estimated lead time from our supplier. The same applies if your products were to be out of stock with our supplier.
3) Shipping confirmation
When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation by E-mail. In the shipping conrifmation you will receive a tracking link, so that you can follow your order's progress all the way to your home.
4) Text message-notification
Finally, you will be notified by text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready to collect or when it's out for home delivery. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website.
The delivery times specified for each shipping company below refer to the time after your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to a carrier. Please note that we have a handling time to prepare and package your order before then. You can find details regarding our handling times in our terms & conditions. We are unfortunately unable to affect delivery times after we've handed over your order to a carrier.
These times are the estimates that are provided to us by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

Your order may be slightly delayed as a result of the safety measures taken by both governments and our carriers.

The shipping time with economy to the UK is currently significantly longer than usual. This is due to these orders being processed through a different sorting terminal, which is currently experiencing large delays.

Shipping time - South Korea: 3-5 working days
All orders are shipped with FedEx/TNT home delivery by default. FedEx/TNT offer kerbside delivery, which means you are responsible for bringing the order into your home.
Price – small items, UK: £22 for orders with a value below £25; £19 for orders with a value above £25; free for orders above £249

Orders containing bulky items may unfortunately only be shipped with economy shipping. In some cases, certain items may make it necessary to manally re-book the order to economy shipping, even if the order appears to be eligible for priority shipping. In these cases, the priority shipping charge will of course be refunded to you.
Shipping time: 7-9 working days
For certain orders including particularly large items, we ship using FedEx Freight. You cannot choose FedEx Freight at checkout, as this is determined manually by our warehouse staff. If your order has to be re-booked to be shipped with FedEx Freight, that will be visible in your shipment confirmation. Of course, there is no extra charge if your order has to be shippd with FedEx Freight. FedEx Freight only offers kerbside delivery, which means you are responsible for bringing the order into your home.
