Shipping & Delivery

Please note: We’re growing and it’s time to move to a bigger, better warehouse during this October. This means that some orders may be split up and partially delivered.  

General

We're continuously working on improving and broadening our delivery options to make shopping with us more convenient. To offer the best packaging and the quickest delivery your order may be sent in two or more shipments. This will be highlighted in the tracking information that you will receive with your tracking email. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website. ​

Your delivery step-by-step

1) Order conrfirmation

Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information on your purchase, as well as the current stock status for all items.

2) Delivery update

If your delivery were to be delayed we will notify you by E-mail with a new estimated lead time from our supplier. The same applies if your products were to be out of stock with our supplier.

3) Shipping confirmation

When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation by E-mail. In the shipping conrifmation you will receive a tracking link, so that you can follow your order's progress all the way to your home.

4) Text message-notification

Finally, you will be notified by text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready to collect or when it's out for home delivery. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website. ​

On our delivery times

The delivery times specified for each shipping company below refer to the time after your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to a carrier. Please note that we have a handling time to prepare and package your order before then. You can find details regarding our handling times in our terms & conditions. We are unfortunately unable to affect delivery times after we've handed over your order to a carrier.

These times are the estimates that are provided to us by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

Partial deliveries

To offer the best packaging and the quickest delivery your order may be sent in two or more shipments.  This will be highlighted in the tracking information you will receive with your tracking email. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website. In this case you will receive sereral deliveries. ​

FedEx/TNT Home Delivery

Price - UK and Ireland: £5 (Free for orders above £100)

Price - South Korea: £29
Shipping time: 3-5 working days (Mainland UK), 4-6 working days (Ireland), 5-7 working days (South Korea)

All our orders are shipped with FedEx/TNT home delivery by default. FedEx/TNT offer kerbside delivery, which means you are responsible for bringing the order into your home. You will receive a text notification when your order is out for delivery.

DHL Home Delivery

Shipping time: 5-7 working days (Mainland UK)

For some orders including larger items, we ship using DHL. You cannot select DHL as a shipment option at checkout at present, instead we will notify you if your order requires shipping with DHL. You will of course not be charged anything extra if your order requires DHL shipping. DHL offer kerbside delivery, which means you are responsible for bringing the order into your home.
