A new year's classic that doesn't need any prep whatsoever! Serve in coupes, also known as champagne coupes & cocktail glasses. We at RoyalDesign have lots of different types of coupe glass from Orrefors, Iittala, Holmegaard, ferm LIVING, Frederik Bagger and more.
For 4 guests you'll need approx. 250 cl sorbet and a half bottle of sparkling wine. Both prosecco and a fancy champagne work well, but you can also use an alcohol-free alternative.
Scoop the sorbet into a coupe glass and pour over several cl of the wine. Serve immediately! We opted for raspberry sorbet but you can choose whichever sorbet flavour you like most.
