Masters from Kartell is a tribute of three icons of furniture design. For the design, Philippe Starck has been inspired Arne Jacobsen's "Sjuan", Eero Saarinen's "Tulip Chair" and Charles Eames' "Eiffel Chair", combining them into a charming and winding hybrid.
The seat is spacious and comfortable and rests on four gracile legs. Masters distinguish itself with their steady but simultaneously open backrest, which consists of the silhouettes of the three classic chairs. Masters is suitable for indoor use as well as outdoors. Stackable up to four chairs.

Had four chairs before and bought two more. However, I was disappointed when I discovered that the chairs now have the logo printed in contrasting white visible on the back.

Thought I would like them. Among other things, because Philippe Starck designed them. (Have several of his things.) And because you can also wear them outdoors.
I think they are pretty, delicious, etc. But I was a little too short in the coat for them; didn't quite reach the floor. (That problem can possibly be fixed if they are used outside, and then can be lowered a centimeter or two.)
Furthermore, I thought that the support for the back end was too far away. I needed a pillow for my back to sit comfortably.
But of course they are delicious. Maybe I'll buy them one day for outdoor use...
