The pillows were vacuum packed upon delivery and still look tired and dull even though I have tried to puff them up. A few "balls" fell off one of the pillows, which was a true Monday example.

In all the pictures the pillow looks "fluffy" and soft, unfortunately it was vacuum packed when delivered - which contributed to it feeling flat and heavy. After a couple of days, it has "raised" somewhat (also tried to pull it gently) but the lumps/balls are still not at all like in the pictures. The pillow feels heavy and does not have the high quality I expected - unfortunately!
