The pouf corresponds to the product I have seen in the webshop, and was delivered within 8 days. This despite the fact that my order confirmation stated that it was on backorder. There was no place to look on the webshop. But when I called Customer Service they informed me that it was being packed. So it all ended well.
It was a gift that had to be used on a specific date, so I would never have ordered it if I could see that it was on backorder. Fortunately it was not.
