I chose it because both lamps I bought were broken. One worked 1 out of 5 and the other 3/5. We had an electrician install them so it was professional. When contacting you, I was supposed to take pictures/films so I could complain. I chose to exercise my right of withdrawal but then you were careful to attract would cover the cost. Not really customer service.
So that was the last time I shopped with you.
