We abide by Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), which means you have the right to make a claim for three years after you have received a faulty item. This is provided you have followed any relevant instructions for care and have handled the products with normal caution and care. In the case of a claim, please contact customer service who will help you through the process. They will ask you for picture proof which clearly shows the fault/defect, as well as your order number.
In the case of a claim the fault should be reported as soon as possible, or as soon as it is discovered. Reporting a fault or defect within two (2) months is always considered to be within a reasonable time frame.
If you have received a faulty item, please send us a picture which clearly shows the defect as well as your order number using the contact form. As soon as we've received your claim we will review it and respond to you.
If the package and/or the contents are damaged when you receive it, please notify the shipment provider on the spot. If your products arrive to you in a damaged state, please contact customer service and we will guide you through the process. Please attach a picture of the fault, as well as the product packaging, shipping packaging and packing material, and your order number.
Making a claim is always free. If customer service has approved your claim and asked you to send the product back to us, we cover return shipping. Costs associating with disposing of a faulty item will not be covered.
As we are retailer we refer to the manufacturers' warranties. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties, which will be detailed in the product description. You still have the right to make a claim within three years according to Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen) as detailed in section 6 of the terms & conditions.
