Product information
We strive to have as many products in stock as possible, but to offer you the greatest range possible, some of our products are back-order items. If you order a back-order item, we will immediately order it from our supplier. If there is a delay in shipping from our supplier, or if the product is out of stock with our supplier, we will notify you by e-mail. If the product is no longer available, we will refund you the corresponding amount.
As we always strive to have competitive and up-to-date prices we frequently make price adjustments. The prices may also change with the beginning and ending of our various campaigns. Products which are in a current campaign are marked as such.
We have tens of thousands of products on-site and in some rare cases mistakes can happen. If you have purchased a product at a price which is clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to adjust the price and give you the option of either cancelling your purchase and receiving a refund, or paying the difference. We also make reservations for printing errors in our marketing, newsletter and other external communication. In these channels, the same applies as for clearly incorrect prices on-site.
Yes, all products we sell are original, first grade and are delivered in the suppliers' original packaging.
