Frying pan in polished stainless steel design with ceramic coating from Eva Trio in design by Ole Palsby is a durable frying pan that can withstand high temperatures, up to 400°C. The inner ceramic coating facilitates cooking and gives the food a fine crust while also making the pan easy to clean after use. Made with a sandwich bottom, with a core of aluminum, the heat distribution is both smooth and fast every time.
Fits all types of hobs, including induction. Only wash up by hand, not suitable for dishwasher.

We are so happy with the frying pan, easy to clean and you don't need to use a lot of fat when frying. Works great. The handle does not get hot.
