Better than any other material, cast iron retains and evenly diffuses heat. All our coloured or matt black finish products are enamelled inside and out. Compatible with all heat sources, including induction. Dishwasher use is possible (except for items with a wooden handle), however not recommended. Heigth: 97mm without lid and 145mm with lid.
