The lamp arrived defective. The spring that holds the vertical arm was not installed. Had to take it apart and attach the spring in place. Suspect that the lamp was a complaint that was accidentally sent to the customer. However, the lamp is stylish and provides a fantastic light that is pleasant to the eyes.
