The poor score came especially from the packaging. The plastic packaging was rotten, as were the pillowcases themselves. I don't know what preservatives etc. were used, but they were completely substandard. The plastic packaging had to be thrown out immediately and the pillowcases washed. Otherwise, the product was relatively OK.
