It is made of lacquered stainless steel in a beautiful natural color, and the handle in beechwood gives a fresh and Nordic look. It fits perfectly when serving freshly brewed coffee, and thanks to the practical easy-click lid, you can open the jar with one hand. It is designed by Sebastian Holmbäck and Ulrik Nordentoft.

About the brand
Stelton is a portmanteau of the names of its founders, Niels Stellan Høm and Carton Madelaire. Established in the 1960s, Stelton first gained international acclaim in 1967 following the release of the Cylinda line of products. The jug has a beautiful design but the quality is poor. The coating had already peeled off when I unpacked the jug and the plastic transition makes the spout look poorly made. I would have expected more for the price.
