When I unwrapped them, I was for a brief moment negatively surprised that the hooks were smaller than I imagined. But the result once on the wall was still much better that way. Small and quite discreet, very nice. The hooks "bend" to be sucked in. So it is not enough to just press them like a normal suction cup.
