Bonbon Shade 500 is an artistic and expressive lampshade designed by Ana Kraš. Each shade is hand-woven using a unique technique where nylon and wool yarns are wrapped around a powder-coated steel frame, creating a tactile and vibrant expression. The result is a decorative lampshade with a distinct character, where small variations in structure and surface make each piece completely unique.
Bonbon Shade works equally well as part of a lamp as a stand-alone design object. It can be used as a pendant, table or floor lamp depending on the chosen cord set, and retains its strong visual expression even when the lamp is switched off. About the brand
Hay was founded in 2002, and its furniture collection was launched at Imm Cologne in 2003. The ambition behind Hay was to encourage Danish furniture design to return to its innovative golden age of the 1950s and 1960s, but in a context suited to the present day. Stylish and timeless design with flexible use, either as a ceiling or floor/table lamp.
However, I would recommend buying a simple cable set if you are going to use it as a ceiling light. HAY's ceiling light cable set is nice but a little complicated to use.
