As we are based in Sweden, all our lamps/electrical objects are manufactured according to the European standard 230 Volts and are delivered with an EU plug. You may need an adapter for your product to work properly.
Due to the new EU directives, plugs for ceiling lamps, pendants and chandeliers are not included.

After charging the lamp according to the instructions, I turned on the lamp with the small button on the bottom. When we were going to turn it off, the button was stuck and the lamp could not be turned off. To turn it off, the entire lamp had to be dismantled and the bulb pulled out to turn off the lighting. I have now filed a complaint and it takes up to 30 days to get a response to this complaint. The lamp should be of higher quality and communication with Royal Design should be faster in the event of a product defect.
