Very disappointed that the pan rises in the middle under low/medium heat (4 on stove out of 9) The oil is getting around the edge. It also does it on a 28 cm pan but I didn't take a photo of it. I would like a call on my mobile +45 20106478 for information on why this happens and what we can do about it.
