I chose this rating because the cutlery is nice, but definitely not the packaging. The box the cutlery is in was probably really nice before shipping. But when you just put it in a plastic bag, you can imagine what the corners look like. And I haven't received any feedback on the email I wrote. The chat is useless, since you have already prepared the sentences you can use. I will not shop with you again, and I certainly will not recommend others to shop with you.
