I've liked these plates for a while, now they're on sale and I snapped them up straight away and I think they're wonderful. It takes a bit of getting used to, though, that the outside actually feels rough (as described). It bothered my daughter a bit. Not me.😃 I was pleasantly surprised at how light the plates are. All in all: great.
