Thank you for the fast delivery! The rug runner looks great in my open-plan kitchen, and I'm happy with my decision, even though choosing between black and the beige from Fred was really difficult.
The only downside is that the vacuum cleaner doesn't glide as easily over the length of the rug as it does over conventional carpets.
Nevertheless, the rug impresses with its look and quality.
I'm so glad I found it!

Unfortunately, I can't give 4 stars
We have always been satisfied with Pappalina's rugs
This time the quality has deteriorated due to folds that cannot be straightened out!
The rug "humps" so you risk tripping over it
Hope you can help with a solution?
NB the rug was delivered folded, and not as expected in a rolled state
