The handle does not work with the standard lock housing/cylinder and it is not stated anywhere when ordering. Neither I nor a craftsman have succeeded in mounting the handle correctly, but have had to come up with a temporary special solution as it cannot be returned. Have asked which cylinder it is as required but still waiting for an answer 1.5 weeks later.
