Adam Dahlberg, star chef, head chef and restaurateur, is one of Sweden's most celebrated culinary figures. Together with his colleague and friend Albin Wessman, he founded the restaurant Adam/Albin in 2012, which was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide in 2022, establishing the duo as a leading force in Swedish fine dining. After Adam/Albin closed its doors, the restaurateur duo took the next step: ADAM ALBIN on Gustav Adolfs Torg in Stockholm, their most ambitious venture yet, combining Nordic ingredients with classic French influences. The focus here is on food, wine and the personal encounter, where the ingredient is allowed to shine and every dish is composed with restraint. They also run the popular restaurants Solen and Misshumasshu in Stockholm.
