Solid soap pump in marble with what looks like a plastic pump. The amount of soap that comes out is perfect, works fine. Unlike other similar ones such as flip-flops, I think you will be able to replace the upper plastic part in case it breaks over time (looks like a standard screw size on the opening). It has small silicone feet on the bottom to help keep it in place. When it's too wet, it can slide around a bit because of that. But these can certainly be cut off if you want.
