The pot itself is beautiful, but unfortunately too big, so I wanted to return it. Unfortunately, the return is far too expensive. I had to pay €19 for the postage to Sweden myself. There was no German-speaking WhatsApp/customer service representative. No one was available by phone either. So you should carefully consider what you buy, otherwise you'll end up with expensive return postage costs or be stuck with the item, as was the case with me.
