I am dissatisfied with your customer service. I was in contact with Nathalie who promised to change the delivery address because the order had not left the warehouse. I had chosen that the package would come to Kungshamn but the order confirmation said Kolsva. She did not keep her promise so the package came to Kolsva. I had to pay the postage to redirect the package to Kungshamn. This was handled terribly poorly.
