Designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, the Palissade Cantilever Armchair from HAY is part of the updated Palissade Cantilever collection. The cantilever construction gives the chair a light and floating look, while the subtle curve of the steel frame creates a soft, springy comfort. The armrests add extra support and make the armchair particularly comfortable for longer meals or socialising outdoors. About the brand
Hay was founded in 2002, and its furniture collection was launched at Imm Cologne in 2003. The ambition behind Hay was to encourage Danish furniture design to return to its innovative golden age of the 1950s and 1960s, but in a context suited to the present day.
