It consists of a wooden frame with two perforated steel shelves held together by accentuated screws. Sko comes flat packed and includes the necessary tools for assembly as well a manual.

This was a blast to put together. The parts felt very low quality and one of the lock nuts broke when I screwed it in. the holes were countersunk so the screws were crooked in the holes.
