The body of the pan is made from 90% recycled stainless steel, a durable material that withstands daily use while being easy to keep clean. The encapsulated sandwich base provides fast and even heat distribution, making cooking efficient and results even. The design is based on the iconic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, which means the pan works with existing Eva Trio lids. It works on all heat sources - including induction - and is dishwasher safe for easy everyday use.
