The Stainless Steel wok from Eva Solo is designed for flavourful dishes with high heat and fast cooking - just like in Asian cuisine. The generous frying surface and deep, rounded sides make it easy to wok vegetables, meat and noodles with perfect results. The mould ensures fast and even heat distribution, so that the ingredients get a nice searing surface without losing their crispiness.
The wok's body is made from 90% recycled stainless steel and the inside features a ceramic Slip-Let® coating that effectively prevents food from sticking - ideal for high heat and short cooking times. It is scratch-resistant, oven-safe up to 400°C and works on all heat sources, including induction. When cooking is done, you can easily wash the wok in the dishwasher.
