With a 23 cm long blade and a razor-sharp, serrated edge, you'll get smooth, fine slices whether you're cutting moulded bread, baguettes or chewy sourdough with a crispy crust. Made from durable 1.4116 stainless steel (55-57 HRC), it combines German knife tradition with Scandinavian design. The handle in light coloured pakka wood is both water-repellent and hygienic - perfect for everyday use.
