Description
The cutter consists of two parts: a sturdy frame with large handles and fixed stainless steel blades, plus a fitted lid. Simply place the potato on a chopping board, position the cutter on top, and press down. The blades cut deep grooves without slicing all the way through. When you lift the lid, the potato releases easily, and with a second press it is pushed clear of the blades – leaving perfectly defined Hasselback cuts every time.
