Incredibly poor quality of the entire lamp's plastic surface, based on price and design. Obviously poor production as the surface was already scratched, roughened or has streaks from the casting, both horizontally and vertically, in several places. A clear gray stain with a scratch on the upper side. Feels like much lower quality than Ikea! Also, impractical suspension device but I would have put up with that if the surface had been whole and shiny as expected from a new design lamp. Refrains from complaints as I already have bad experiences with it from the same ordering occasion, when I was sent the wrong product. Doubtful if there is even a nice copy of this lamp. Am very disappointed.
