The stainless steel lid seals tightly and preserves the flavours of each dish. The ergonomic handle is designed for maximum comfort and firmly attached with flush rivets for easy cleaning. The pan works on all heat sources, including induction, and can withstand oven heat up to 300°C. The edges are reinforced and flared for drip-free pouring, and the stackable shape makes it easy to store the pot with other pieces from the range.
