Part of Sika-Design’s ICONS collection, the Luella mirror represents a curated selection of designs by some of the world’s most influential designers and architects. Each piece is produced with great respect for the original design, often in close collaboration with the designers’ descendants to ensure authenticity and quality. The mirror is handcrafted from sustainably sourced Indonesian rattan by skilled artisans. Rattan’s natural flexibility allows it to be shaped by hand using traditional techniques, resulting in a light yet durable structure. As one of the most sustainable materials used in furniture production, rattan regenerates quickly and is carefully selected by Sika-Design, using only the highest quality varieties, Tohiti and Manau.
