Description
The baking tin features a sturdy 3-ply construction and a separate rack that lifts the food off the base, allowing heat to circulate all round for a crispier finish. When cooking requires direct contact with the base, the rack can be easily removed, making the tin just as suitable for chicken and vegetables as it is for potatoes with butter, garlic and herbs.
- Available in two sizes: 31 x 19.3 cm and 40 x 29 cm.
- Internal dimensions: 25 x 17.5 cm with a 5.5 cm border and 34 x 26 cm with a 6 cm border respectively.
