As we are based in Sweden, all our lamps/electrical objects are manufactured according to the European standard 230 Volts and are delivered with an EU plug. You may need an adapter for your product to work properly.
Due to the new EU directives, plugs for ceiling lamps, pendants and chandeliers are not included.

The lamp is pretty and gives good light. This is our second lamp, the first one blinked a lot from the start before it stopped working after a year. Now the new one has also started blinking at full effect.
Complaint took far too long, over two months and a lot of back and forth before we got a new lamp. Not satisfied with the customer service at Royal Design and will not buy a lamp here again.
