About the brand
Kosta Boda (originally Kosta Glasbruk) was founded in 1742 by two highly decorated soldiers from the army of legendary King Charles XII: Field Marshall Baron Georg Bogislaus Staël von Holstein and Lieutenant General Anders Koskull. Almost three centuries later, the oldest Swedish glassworks company has also grown to become arguably the best in the country.

I ordered two vases that are really beautiful and were delivered quickly and safely. However, both vases have a manufacturing defect in the glass. This is very annoying because the vases were supposed to be a Christmas present.
I have complained about both and hope that the problem will be resolved quickly. It's a shame though, as the Christmas present will unfortunately no longer be available.

Now I have the problem that I need to store it until Royal Design has made a decision to bring it back or throw it away, whichever is best for them.
